Hong Kong was found contaminated with chocolate

Baby milk powder containing melamine has been considered to be caused by the four babies and sickening more than 54,000 in China. Melamine can lead to kidney stones and other diseases.

Chinese authorities suspect that suppliers try to increase the production of milk and add diluted melamine because its nitrogen content can be fooled by the protein content of test and measurement.

Pollution has led to worldwide attention to China’s grain imports, and a number of countries recalled Chinese-made products, including powdered milk, biscuits and sweets.

Hong Kong’s food regulator, Food Safety Center, said that the two samples of chocolate products made by Cadbury, the British candy maker, at its Beijing plant contained a significant number of melamine than the city’s legal limit of 2.5 parts per million.

Both projects are 11 Chinese-made products have been recalled Cadbury in parts of Asia and the Pacific.

In the food safety center, said Cadbury’s chocolate hazelnut milk in bulk packages containing the 56 millionth melamine, and Cadbury milk chocolate cookies contained 6.9 parts per million.

Cadbury appealed to the London-based Asia-Pacific region and regional offices were not answered Sunday.

In Iran, the Ministry of Health said that China will ban the import of dairy products in place until further notice, according to state radio.

The Chinese government has been struggling to contain the damage of large-scale contamination of milk supply, castigating the negligence of local officials and hoped to maintain the store to provide pure milk.

The latest batch of 129 tests and 212 batches of infant formula and other types of milk out of their melamine contamination in the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said on its Web site.
